Orientation and Conference Planning Meeting for New and Current Mellon Postdoctoral Fellows Thursday, October 1, 2009 Faculty Center Redwood Room 12:00 - 3:00 pm 12:00 - 1:30 pm: Lunch and Orientation Meeting 1:30 - 3:00 pm: Conference Planning Meeting The first part of the meeting will be an orientation meeting including presentations on fellowship appointment structure, pay schedules, health benefits, and taxation issues. The second part of the meeting will be a planning meeting for the annual conference, scheduled for February 5-6, 2010. Fellows should come prepared with ideas to discuss the conference theme and the names of potential invitees. |
