Throughout the year, Aleph recruits both full-time and part-time editorial staff. Full-time staff members attend the weekly meetings of Honors 101C, Seminar 2, complete weekly assignments, and usually review six or more submissions each quarter. For these efforts, full-time staff members earn two units of honors credit and receive the Vice Provost’s Recognition Award for Undergraduate Research Participation. Part-time staff members review at least one paper, are not required to attend meetings weekly, and receive no units.
